How we work
Our approach to project management benefits from a depth of experience, a rigorous concern for quality, a high level of professionalism and a customer-focused philosophy.
Our extensive world-wide experience underpins our capacity to deploy and co-ordinate tailored, multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
Teams have frequently comprised as many as 20–30 specialists at one time, both long and short term, sourced through our extensive network of expert associates and contacts. The robust project management and logistical and technical support provided by our head and local offices means these resources are mobilised rapidly and effectively, even when projects are located in remote areas with poor communications and infrastructure.
Our ISO certified quality assurance system ensures the highest standard of service wherever we work.
Our Offices – supporting our clients and our teams in the field
Our 60 multi-lingual permanent UK-based staff are highly qualified to manage international development co-operation, with most possessing hands-on experience of work in developing or transition countries. All projects benefit from high level support, guidance and quality control from a designated senior staff member.
We are committed to maximising the use of local knowledge and expertise and have opened a branch office in Pakistan, with more offices planned in Africa and Asia. We also operate a number of project offices in-country, providing a local base to ensure the effective delivery of contracted services.
