HTSPE is a leading international programme management organisation working throughout the developing world. 

We are currently managing the European Commission Benef Framework Lot 9: Culture, Education, Employment and Social and Lot 10: Trade, Standards and Private Sector. Due to our expanding portfolio we are looking to supplement our database of independent consultants for project work (not permanent posts).

 
We would like to hear from those who have experience of working with the EC and a thorough knowledge of EC procedures and project cycle management. Experts should have a proven record in producing timely and tangible results to the satisfaction of all stakeholders; and extensive field experience in countries outside the EU

An excellent command of English and/or French is required; additionally a good working knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage.
