Our People: Central Support Services
Central Services are an essential part of the HTSPE package providing support both in house to our technical team and our people on the ground working on our various projects. The following functions are provided by our Central Support Services Team and comprise our “Back Office”:
- Finance and Payroll
- Marketing and Database Management
- Information Technology
- HR, Administration, Travel and Procurement
The team not only supports our internal staff but also our external consultants. This support includes contracts and contractual issues, insurance cover, HR issues and all travel related arrangements. See “Work for HTSPE, Benefits” for further information.
Our internal procedures were accredited to ISO 9001 in August 1995 and were upgraded to ISO 9001 : 2000 in August 2001. The company undergoes regular internal and external audits to ensure that our standards are maintained and improved.
