Our People: ConsultantsMarika KanatovaMarika is responsible for management of contracts under the EU’s world-wide framework contract AMS/451, BENEF and the European Commission 2007 (Lot 1, 2, 4, 5, 9 and 10). Over the past ten years she has been responsible for the management and preparation of projects in the fields of local and regional development, public administration, capacity building and institutional strengthening. She has work experience in Slovakia and the Russian Federation within the EES 5 contract. She has an extensive knowledge of PCM and logical frameworks.  Cathy Shaw Cathy is a programme manager and senior consultant with a particular interest in economic development and social change in post-socialist countries. She is currently responsible for managing a number of UK Government funded programmes in Russia, Ukraine, Central Asia and Bulgaria. She has previously worked in Germany, Hungary, Serbia and Turkey, and has managed smaller projects worldwide under the Economic Development and Rural Development EC-funded framework contracts. Daxa Patel Daxa is a senior consultant who is currently responsible for the project and financial Management of a number of UK Government funded projects in Russia, Ukraine, Central Asia and Bulgaria. She also has experience in project and programme management in a number of large international organisations and companies. |
