HTSPE (formerly HTS Development Ltd and P-E International Ltd) is one of Britain's leading consultancy organisations, offering a full range of development consulting services: from natural resource development to public sector reform and privatisation.
With over 120 years combined experience, HTSPE has worked to plan and implement development programmes that are both socially equitable and environmentally sustainable. We bring the broadest expertise to supporting rural and peri-urban livelihoods: from agricultural production to institutional development.
To do this we assist our clients to identify the key issues and develop their own vision in formulating strategy and then support them to manage the whole process of change.
Our Project Management approach is based on depth of experience, a rigorous concern for quality, a high level of professionalism and a customer-focused philosophy. We both direct projects and provide backstopping for our assignments with our own staff.
