Experience & Qualifications
HTSPE is keen to enhance our existing body of consultants and so we are seeking experienced independent consultants who specialise in the following areas: Promotion and protection of human rights Support to democratisation Reinforcement of the rule of law and administration of justice Public administration reform, and civil service reform Decentralisation and local development Enhancement of the role of civil society Home Affairs, the fight against organised crime (incl. drugs) and terrorism Other Information
