Payroll Systems  and HRM Specialists

Provision of Services to Support and Extend South Sudan Electronic Payroll System Phase II

The aim of this project is to continue the implementation of the South Sudan Electronic Payroll System with a focus on building sufficient capacity to enable the RSS to independently operate and maintain the system. 

HTSPE is looking for a number of experts to nominate in their bid for the above project. These specialists should have expertise in Capacity Development, Human Resources Management or Payroll Systems Development - or a profile combining experience in all these fields of expertise.
 
Specialists are required to possess:

Experience of:

• Payroll systems development;
• IT systems in the public sector:
• Human resources management and training within government.

The following attributes are highly desirable:

• Experience of working in East and Central Africa;
• Team Leader experience;
• Post-graduate qualification.
